Service Description

There are no additional costs for special Range of Milks ( Please note we now don't offer Green, Oat Milk or syrups ) Pricing is for one Staff Member who will be your Barista and Server. If the service exceeds the booked amount, additional hot drinks will be charged at $5.00 per cup, including G.S.T. Payable on the day. Please provide suitable parking, off the street. No Power is required. Please provide the Actual address of the service to be provided. Don't forget to read our terms and conditions. Van must stay staffed at all times Each Booking has a Max time that we will be onsite for.

Cancellation Policy

Changes / Cancellations / Refunds: • Change fee for catering service: After a payment has been made and the date/Crafty Coffee Mobile Coffee Van is confirmed, you may change the date and time. If the vendor can accommodate these changes (entirely at the vendor’s discretion), a change fee to the below will be invoiced and paid on the day of receiving. Within 21 days of the event, the change fee is 35%, longer than 21 days the change fee is 10%. Of your booking total. Change fees must be paid before the event on top of the catering fees. If changes cannot be accommodated the client must proceed as agreed or cancel the service as per the cancellation policy below. • If a cancellation for catering service is requested within 7 days of the event no refund will be provided. • If a cancellation for catering service is requested between 7 and 20 days of the event a 50% fee will apply. • If a cancellation for catering service is requested more than 21 days from the event a 35% fee will apply. • Cancellations for a catering service due to bad weather fall under the cancellation policies above. The Client is responsible for booking and knowing how many people will attend the event. Pay-As-You-Go Events. • For Pay as you go event catering (the public pays Crafty Coffee directly), the booking client agrees to pay a non-refundable booking fee incl GST Per hour.
